Located on the outskirts of the village of Montségur-sur-Lauzon, in the heart of the Drôme Provençale, this totally independent Holiday cottage welcomes you to a park surrounded by evergreen oaks. Nestling in the heart of a private truffle farm, this recently built house combines authentic charm with modern amenities, providing the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation.
Here, everything invites you to let go: enjoy the sun-drenched Piscine, savor your meals on the shaded terrace, listen to the song of the cicadas and let time fly by to the Provencal rhythm.
The Holiday cottage is the perfect base from which to discover the region: explore the majestic Château de Grignan, lose yourself in the narrow streets of La Garde-Adhémar, listed as one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in France", taste the famous Montélimar nougat, meet the potters of Dieulefit, go to the market in Nyons...
For golf lovers, the Clansayes Golf course is 4 km away, as are numerous Hiking and cycling trails.
Completely independent Holiday cottage on one level, with fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with dining area, sitting area and TV, and two air-conditioned bedrooms, the first with a double bed (1x160) and the second with two single beds or a double bed (2x90 or 1x180). Each has its own bathroom with WC, one of which is adapted for disabled guests. Shaded terrace. Piscine shared with the owners, open May-September (daily, 10am-8pm), fenced and alarmed.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt – absolute Empfehlung!
Wir hatten eine einfach traumhafte Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus! Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir begeistert: Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, unglaublich sauber und bestens ausgestattet – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Räume sind hell, gemütlich und bieten jede Menge Platz zum Entspannen.
Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch nah an allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Besonders genossen haben wir den schönen Außenbereich, der ideal ist, um abends den Tag bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen zu lassen.
Ein besonderes Lob geht auch an die Gastgeber: super freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und bestens betreut.
Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen definitiv gerne wieder!- Cleanliness

Ilr01 Séjour en famille
Gîte très confortable et très bien équipé. Le terrain disponible été le portique ont été un vrai bonheur pour nos petites filles.

STALAIN Excellent séjour
magnifique gîte dans un endroit très calme, tout confort et avec une belle piscine. Les propriétaires, Régine et Jean-Luc, sont très sympathiques. C'est un point de départ idéal pour explorer la région. Il y a tant à voir dans un rayon de 50 km. Un endroit où il fait bon vivre. On reviendra!

Opium Excellent sejour
Séjour très agréable, avec un beau jardin et une belle piscine, des propriétaires sympathiques et le confort de la maison.
Il manquerait peut être une clim pour les jours où il fait vraiment chaud, ce qui a été notre cas les deux premiers jours de notre séjour.- Cleanliness
