Located on the outskirts of the village of Montségur-sur-Lauzon, in the heart of the Drôme Provençale, this totally independent Holiday cottage welcomes you to a park surrounded by evergreen oaks. Nestling in the heart of a private truffle farm, this recently built house combines authentic charm with modern amenities, providing the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation.
Here, everything invites you to let go: enjoy the sun-drenched Piscine, savor your meals on the shaded terrace, listen to the song of the cicadas and let time fly by to the Provencal rhythm.

The Holiday cottage is the perfect base from which to discover the region: explore the majestic Château de Grignan, lose yourself in the narrow streets of La Garde-Adhémar, listed as one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in France", taste the famous Montélimar nougat, meet the potters of Dieulefit, go to the market in Nyons...
For golf lovers, the Clansayes Golf course is 4 km away, as are numerous Hiking and cycling trails.

Completely independent Holiday cottage on one level, with fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with dining area, sitting area and TV, and two air-conditioned bedrooms, the first with a double bed (1x160) and the second with two single beds or a double bed (2x90 or 1x180). Each has its own bathroom with WC, one of which is adapted for disabled guests. Shaded terrace. Piscine shared with the owners, open May-September (daily, 10am-8pm), fenced and alarmed.
