Laurent's remarkable renovation of this 19th-century silkworm farm into a gîte combines charm and authenticity to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. La Magnanerie des collines is an elegant, light-filled, open-plan duplex that can accommodate up to 6 people with children, but is ideal for 2 people. First floor: kitchen with central island, wc. First floor (east access to outside): 40m² multifunctional, air-conditioned room with queen-size bed 160x200cm, island bath to guarantee a well-deserved rest, 3-seater club sofa convertible to 140x200cm, thanks to its express conversion mechanism, attic mezzanine (2 beds 90x190 for extra use). Curtains are fitted to all 3 areas to ensure privacy. A 20m² wooden terrace, shaded by through-trees and with a lovely south-west view. The icing on the cake is the cellar on the first floor, where you can enjoy a refreshing wine tasting!

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit dort.
Der Gastgeber hat uns super freundlich empfangen, er wohnt ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück mit Hund und Katze, und hat uns gleich alles gezeigt. Er sprach nur französisch, was für mich trotz kleinem französischen Wortschatz kein Problem war.
Unser Hund mag keinen Kontakt zu anderen Hunden, was er ohne weiteres akzeptiert und hingenommen hat. Er meinte noch, dass er sein Hund bei sich angeleint lässt, was ich sehr rücksichtsvoll fand!
Die Tage in dem Haus waren toll, ruhig, in einer tollen Athmosphäre (sie haben wirklich toll renoviert) und einfach zum Entspannen. Wir sind kleine wie große Runden mit unserem Hund gegangen. Die Wanderwege, die wir ausgekundschaftet haben, erforderten gute Trittsicherheit, aber wow, was für eine Natur, wir haben es richtig genossen.
Die Ausstattung des Häuschens war super. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, es gab einen Korb mit einer Flasche Wein, einem Saft aus der Region und Keksen, sowie eine große Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank.
Es gab auch noch einen kleinen Vorratsschrank mit Kaffee, Tee und ähnlichem. Da wir damit nicht gerechnet hatten, kamen wir vollausgestattet dort an!
Es war wirklich schön dort. Wer die Ruhe sucht, ist hier völlig richtig!
Wenn man von Claveyson kommt und mit dem Google Navi fährt, sollte man die angezeigte Route nehmen ( 2. links, und nicht die erste links. Den Weg bin ich gelaufen, da kann kein Auto maximal ein Motorcrossbike hochfahren!- Cleanliness

Tim Calme confortable
Séjour très agréable avec la bonne humeur du propriétaire et ses cadeaux de bienvenue. Le logement est très confortable et la terrasse offre une vue sur plusieurs kilomètres le tout dans un calme reposant.

Le lieu est superbe et Laurent était vraiment très arrangeant et amical ! On y était venu chercher de quoi se ressourcer au calme, c'est exactement ce qu'on y a trouvé.
Je recommanderai et y retournerai sans hésiter !

Laurent, nouvellement agréé gîtes de France 2024 est très accueillant et plein de bonnes volontés.La magnanerie est un endroit magnifique et très reposant.Une belle cave,et une menuiserie de la cuisine que j'ai adoré .La maison est parfaitement équipé (a part peut être pour les rideaux ) Laurent débute et va très vite progresser à n'en pas douter bien évidemment je recommande
