Nestled in the heart of the Vercors Regional Nature Park, in Lus-la-Croix-Haute, this charming cottage offers you a stay between majestic peaks, deep forests and unspoilt valleys. At an altitude of 1050 m, you'll enjoy an exceptional panorama of the surrounding mountains, between flowering meadows, crystal-clear streams and starry skies.
Situated on the borders of the Diois, Dévoluy and Southern Alps, this Holiday cottage is an ideal base from which to explore the hiking trails, Nordic ski slopes and climbing walls of the Jarjatte valley. Cycling and nature lovers will also find much to enjoy here.
The lively, authentic village of Lus-la-Croix-Haute welcomes you with its local producers, remarkable natural heritage and friendly atmosphere. Whether you're looking for calm, nature or sporting activities, this haven of peace is an invitation to slow down, breathe and recharge your batteries.
Detached cottage with two terraces, one of which is sheltered (accessible year-round, weather permitting), with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Entrance hall and living room with kitchenette, dining area, sofa bed (1x140x190), TV, bedroom with double bed (1x140x190), bathroom with toilet (shower cubicle). Access to a washing machine shared with the other Holiday cottage.
Terrace with dining area, garden furniture and barbecue. Parking on the property. On request: access to a socket for recharging an electric vehicle (extra charge). Piscine municipale 2.5kms away, open-air and heated (open from mid-June to the end of August).
This cottage is located in a hamlet of several houses.
The owners also own the house next door. They use part of the house as a second home. The other part is a second Holiday cottage for 4 to 6 people.

Idéalement que pour le plaisir des yeux. Calme, accueil chaleureux, cadre enchanteur, propreté et proximité des petits commerces même en hiver, et les nombreuses possibilités de randonnées à pied, à vélo .... Que du bonheur !

Séjour reposant et déconnectant dans un cadre magnifique, au calme.
Gîte bien situé proche de Lus la Croix Haute (restaurants, marché, commerces...).
Gîte à proximité de sentiers de randonnées pour tous les niveaux et des routes "vertes" des cartes routières avec de magnifiques paysages et panoramas.
Gîte très agréable, sans vis à vis.

Teddy21 Gite super agréable et environnement magnifique !
Un gite tout neuf, bien aménagé et très agréable à vivre - le terrain adjacent où se trouvent deux belles terrasses dont une couverte est vraiment un plus. Malgré la chaleur de ce mois d'août la fraicheur de la forêt proche et la bonne isolation du gite nous ont permis de passer un excellent séjour. Vue magnifique et multiples ballades depuis le gite, proximité du village de Lus et de la gare accessibles à pied en 30 mn.

Plouf Très agréable
Joli petit gite au calme dans une région superbe pour la randonnée. L'aménagement intérieur est douillet avec une literie confortable. La terrasse couverte agrandit très nettement les 25m2 de la description.
