Situated on the borders of the Diois, Dévoluy and Southern Alps, this Holiday cottage is an ideal base from which to explore the hiking trails, Nordic ski slopes and climbing walls of the Jarjatte valley. Cycling and nature lovers will also find much to enjoy here.

The lively, authentic village of Lus-la-Croix-Haute welcomes you with its local producers, remarkable natural heritage and friendly atmosphere. Whether you're looking for calm, nature or sporting activities, this haven of peace is an invitation to slow down, breathe and recharge your batteries.

Detached cottage with two terraces, one of which is sheltered (accessible year-round, weather permitting), with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Entrance hall and living room with kitchenette, dining area, sofa bed (1x140x190), TV, bedroom with double bed (1x140x190), bathroom with toilet (shower cubicle). Access to a washing machine shared with the other Holiday cottage.
Terrace with dining area, garden furniture and barbecue. Parking on the property. On request: access to a socket for recharging an electric vehicle (extra charge). Piscine municipale 2.5kms away, open-air and heated (open from mid-June to the end of August).
This cottage is located in a hamlet of several houses.
The owners also own the house next door. They use part of the house as a second home. The other part is a second Holiday cottage for 4 to 6 people.
