1h30 from Lyon, in the south of the Valence plain, 10/15min from the city center and Valence's shops, the location allows you to take advantage of both the tourist sites and the peace and quiet of a beautiful residence to take the time to enjoy your vacation. La Chêneraie invites you into a region rich in discoveries. You're just 2km south of the village. Quiet and restful, get your suitcases ready!
La Chêneraie is a pleasant Holiday cottage offering 60m² of comfort and space for spending quality time. It is laid out on one level as follows: kitchen opening onto the living room, 2 bedrooms (160x200) (3x90x190 including 1 bunk room), shower room (Italian shower), WC. Outside: south-facing terrace, on-site parking, shady garden. To be shared with guests of the second Holiday cottage: the Piscine, open from May to September, oval-shaped with relaxing bench (3.5x8m, depth 1.1 to 1.70m, secured by a shelter). Bonus tip? Laurence and Jean-Luc know their area like the back of their hand, and will be happy to give you advice tailored to your needs.

Mamyme Oasis de verdure
Une oasis de verdure au calme mais à proximité du village et ses commerces et d'un city stade.(Prenez vos ballons!) Logement spacieux et bien conçu (nombreux placards par ex). On a bien profité de la piscine! Aucune gêne avec le 2eme gîte. Activités pour les enfants à moins d'1h (zoo, accrobranche). Bon séjour aux prochains occupants!!

Cumul professionnel et détente. chemin immédiatement accessible pour promener notre labrador, terrasse agréable et calme. canapés extrêmement confortables. beaucoup de rangements.

un séjour familial très agréable dans un gîte bien pensé, dommage pour nous, il a fait très beau mais la piscine n'était pas encore en service, c'était trop tôt en saison!

Les Bretons Agréable séjour
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Accueil chaleureux, ce gîte est un endroit calme et idéal pour se poser et très bien situé pour visiter la Drôme. Le beau temps était commandé par le propriétaire qui nous a régalé de ses spécialités locales. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Les Bretons
