1h30 from Lyon, in the south of the Valence plain, 10/15min from the city center and Valence's shops, the location allows you to take advantage of both the tourist sites and the peace and quiet of a beautiful residence to take the time to enjoy your vacation. La Chêneraie invites you into a region rich in discoveries. You're just 2km south of the village. Quiet and restful, get your suitcases ready!
La Chêneraie is a pleasant Holiday cottage offering 60m² of comfort and space for spending quality time. It is laid out on one level as follows: kitchen opening onto the living room, 2 bedrooms (160x200) (3x90x190 including 1 bunk room), shower room (Italian shower), WC. Outside: south-facing terrace, on-site parking, shady garden. To be shared with guests of the second Holiday cottage: the Piscine, open from May to September, oval-shaped with relaxing bench (3.5x8m, depth 1.1 to 1.70m, secured by a shelter). Bonus tip? Laurence and Jean-Luc know their area like the back of their hand, and will be happy to give you advice tailored to your needs.

American co Quiet and private place
We had an amazing stay in this property! The house was clean, comfortable and well maintained, making it a perfect gateway. The pool is a bonus, providing a great spot to relax and enjoy the sunny days.
The owners are very friendly and accommodating, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a great stay. Another bonus, they speak english.

Pereira family Très bon séjour à la Cheneraie
Super séjour dans ce gîte de la Drôme qui est très bien situé au calme, néanmoins proche des commodités et des lieux touristiques.
Il y a énormément de choses à visiter dans la région.
Le gîte est très confortable et la cuisine très bien équipée.
Nous avons adoré la piscine exclusive pour nous pendant notre séjour ainsi que l accueil des propriétaires ! Un très bon séjour que nous recommandons à 100%

Elodie Séjour très agréable
Logement spacieux et confortable pour un séjour en famille, dans un environnement très calme.
Propriétaire très accueillant et disponible, tout en restant discret.Bon rapport qualité-prix.
Le vrai plus de ce logement : sa piscine privée, dont nous avons profité tous les jours !
