The house comprises 5 spacious bedrooms and a 3-bed dormitory, all equipped with top-of-the-range mattresses and three with work areas. The bathrooms are tastefully appointed.
Enjoy the privileged climate on the terrace or in the private Jacuzzi while admiring the breathtaking view of the Couspeau ridge and the Trois Becs.
In summer, cool off in the public swimming pool or nearby river, and in winter, stay cosy by the fireplace.

The gîte, adjoining the owners' house, welcomes you with its first terrace. As you enter, you'll find a large, new, fully-equipped kitchen and dining room.
On the 1st floor, a spacious living room awaits you, with a home cinema, piano, fireplace and video projector for unforgettable movie nights. A family room with a 160*200 bed and a bathroom overlooking the inner courtyard complete this floor.
On the 2nd floor, three bedrooms with 160x200 beds and one bedroom with a 120x200 bed, bathroom with bath and WC.
Finally, on the 3rd floor, a dormitory with three 90x190 beds in an attic room (ceiling height 1m90 at highest, 45 cm at lowest) is ideal for children.
