Nestled at an altitude of 1,100 m on the heights of the Alagnon valley, 9 km from the Super-Lioran ski resort, this fully-renovated character house built in 1800, adjoining the owner's house, welcomes you to a small mountain hamlet.
Nearby, you can enjoy winter sports at the Super-Lioran ski resort (downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding...), hiking (Puy Mary, Puy Griou, Plomb du Cantal,...) and fishing (Lac de Laveissière, Alagnon, Lac du Pêcher). You can also discover the medieval towns of Murat, Saint-Flour, Salers and Aurillac.
The gîte has a courtyard and semi-enclosed grounds with garden furniture. First floor: living room with wood-burning stove (free wood), flat-screen TV, DVD player, hifi station and wifi internet access, fitted kitchenette, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, bathroom, separate toilet, laundry room. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, shower room, separate toilet. Baby equipment available. Electric heating according to consumption. Rates include all charges in high and very high seasons.

gentillesse et leur confiance . Nous aurions aimé partager un petit peu plus de
temps avec eux .
Quelques petits détails de poignées de porte et de serrure qui nous ont fait bien rigoler et que nous avons réglés par " libre ou occupé "

Irène&Fred très bon séjour dans le Cantal
Très bon séjour malgré une météo alternative.
L'emplacement du Gite permet un accès rapide au GR400 pour descendre notamment sur Murat et profiter du village et de ses commerces.
Très bon accueil de Jenny, le Gîte est très confortable et bien équipé, il ne nous a rien manqué. Nous avons pleinement profité de la chaleur du poêle à bois en retour de nos randonnées humides.

Estelle Excellent séjour !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis ! Le gîte est très bien équipé et confortable.
Il est aussi idéalement placé, proche des commodités et des sentiers de randonnées.

Marie Très agréable
La maison est très agréable, confortable, suffisamment grande pour 3 couples et 3 petits enfants. La station de ski est très facilement accessible. Elle est familiale, l’accueil des prestataires est à l’écoute. Bref un bon séjour !
