Nestled at an altitude of 1,100 m on the heights of the Alagnon valley, 9 km from the Super-Lioran ski resort, this fully-renovated character house built in 1800, adjoining the owner's house, welcomes you to a small mountain hamlet.
Nearby, you can enjoy winter sports at the Super-Lioran ski resort (downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding...), hiking (Puy Mary, Puy Griou, Plomb du Cantal,...) and fishing (Lac de Laveissière, Alagnon, Lac du Pêcher). You can also discover the medieval towns of Murat, Saint-Flour, Salers and Aurillac.
The gîte has a courtyard and semi-enclosed grounds with garden furniture. First floor: living room with wood-burning stove (free wood), flat-screen TV, DVD player, hifi station and wifi internet access, fitted kitchenette, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, bathroom, separate toilet, laundry room. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, shower room, separate toilet.
