Nestled between St Flour and Murat in the heart of Planèze, this independent house welcomes you in a calm and preserved environment.
Located in a small hamlet at an altitude of 1000m, this region is ideal for practicing outdoor activities: hiking on the Cantal mountains, downhill skiing at the Prat de Bouc and Super-Lioran ski resorts, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing at the Ché ski center, swimming and water activities in the Truyère gorges and fishing in the Ander. You can also discover the richness of the regional built heritage by visiting the medieval towns of Murat and Saint-Flour, the Garabit viaduct and the thermal spa of Chaudes-Aigues.
This cottage has enclosed grounds of 1200m² with deck chairs and 8 mountain bikes and an enclosed terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. You also benefit from a 30 m² garage on one level to park a vehicle or motorcycles and bicycles. A children's playground and a football and boules pitch are also available 100 m from the gîte.
On the ground floor, living room with flat screen TV and internet access, integrated kitchen area, bathroom with WC and laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 160X200 bed, 1 bedroom with 1X2 bunk beds and 1 single bed, 1 bathroom (bath and shower), 1 separate toilet and an unheated games area with billiards, table football , ping-pong.
