Nestled between Saint-Flour and Murat in the heart of the Planèze region, this detached house welcomes you to a quiet, unspoilt setting. Situated in a small hamlet at an altitude of 1000m, this region is ideal for outdoor activities: Hiking in the Cantal mountains, cross-country skiing at the Prat de Bouc and Super-Lioran ski resorts, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing at the Ché ski lodge, swimming and water sports in the Truyère gorges and fishing in the Ander river. You can also discover the region's rich built heritage by visiting the medieval towns of Murat and Saint-Flour, the Garabit viaduct and the Chaudes-Aigues spa. A circus school is located 500m from the Holiday cottage, with the possibility of courses, Hiking on quad bikes or all-terrain electric scooters in Ussel, and discovering sand yachting at the Coltines airfield.
This Holiday cottage has a semi-enclosed plot of 1200m², an enclosed terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. A small, secure park of around 10 m² is also available for your dogs. There are 8 mountain bikes and a 30m² single-storey garage for parking cars, motorcycles and bicycles. A playground for Kids, a soccer pitch and a boules pitch are 100m from the Holiday cottage.

Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160X200, 1 bedroom with 1X2 bunk beds and 1 single bed, 1 bathroom (bath and shower), 1 separate WC and an unheated gaming room with billiards, table soccer and table tennis.
