Situated in a small hamlet in the mountains, in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, this detached house welcomes you to a peaceful setting. You'll enjoy a private 7x4m swimming pool heated by a heat pump, treated with salt and secured by an electric shutter, open from May 30 to September 26, 2026.
Nearby activities include Hiking in the Monts du Cantal (Puy Mary and Puy Violent), Fishing (Rivière le Mars and Trizac Lake), Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing (Falgoux cross-country ski center and Col de Légal ski resort). You can also discover the region's architectural heritage by visiting the Jalhac chapel and the villages of Salers and Tournemire, classified as the Most Beautiful Villages in France.
This Holiday cottage has 5000 m² of partially enclosed grounds with private parking, swimming pool, pétanque court and terrace.
On the first floor, you'll find a living room with sitting area, wood-burning stove (free wood), TV, internet access, fully-equipped kitchenette, veranda with direct access to the terrace, bedroom with double bed, separate toilet and shower room (usable only from April 04 to October 31, 2026). Upstairs, a bedroom with 1 bed 160X200 with private bathroom and toilet, a bedroom with 1 bed 180X200 with private bathroom and toilet. On the second floor, a bedroom with 1 double bed, private bathroom and toilet. Beds made on arrival and bathroom linen provided. Electric heating included. All-inclusive rates. Obligatory cleaning fee of €120. Animal supplement 15 € per day to be paid on site to the owner. Pet deposit 100 €. Outdoor surveillance cameras deactivated during all stays.

Gite confortable niché dans un écrin de verdure avec une vue magnifique sur les monts d'Auvergne. Accueil charmant des propriétaires. Piscine au sel particulièrement agréable. Un vrai moment de détente dans un calme reposant. Je recommande.

nicodele Vacances dans le cantal assurées !
Super gîte pour des vacances dans le cantal. Tout était parfait, le logement, la piscine, les ustensiles en cuisine, pour le ménage, le barbecue, les petits présents à l'arrivée.. Merci ! La vue sur les volcans est magnifique et les vaches salers proches, on est directement dans le cantal et dépaysé. Je recommande sans problème !

Familie Franglais Fantastic Gite
Amazing Gite in a beautiful location - total peace and quiet with gentle cow bells helping you relax. Everything you need and more, pool, garden, house fully equipped. Decor "great for the instas" according to the teens.
The local boulanger is a little drive away in Trizac. The bread and other goodies there are amazing! And Trizac has everything else you might need too.

Merci beaucoup pour ce beau retour suite à votre séjour dans notre gîte nous sommes ravis que cela vous ait plu!! C est vrai que nos voisines les vaches de salers avec leurs cloches jouent une partition assez reposante !!!! Encore merci pour votre retour et nous vous disons à bientôt dans le Cantal .

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Clos d'Eugénie ! La maison est décorée avec soin et agréable à vivre. Les chambres sont spacieuses, les lits confortables et les quatre salles de bain sont un atout certain. La cuisine est bien équipée, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nous avons apprécié le grand jardin, bien exposé avec une vue imprenable, la belle piscine et nos voisines les vaches :) Propriétaire sympathique et réactive. Nous recommandons à tous ceux qui aiment la quiétude et le grand air !
