You'll enjoy a private 7x4m swimming pool heated by a heat pump, treated with salt and secured by an electric shutter, open from May 30 to September 26, 2026.
Nearby activities include Hiking in the Monts du Cantal (Puy Mary and Puy Violent), Fishing (Rivière le Mars and Trizac Lake), Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing (Falgoux cross-country ski center and Col de Légal ski resort). This Holiday cottage has 5000 m² of partially enclosed grounds with private parking, swimming pool, pétanque court and terrace.
On the first floor, you'll find a living room with sitting area, wood-burning stove (free wood), TV, internet access, fully-equipped kitchenette, veranda with direct access to the terrace, bedroom with double bed, separate toilet and shower room (usable only from April 04 to October 31, 2026). Upstairs, a bedroom with 1 bed 160X200 with private bathroom and toilet, a bedroom with 1 bed 180X200 with private bathroom and toilet. On the second floor, a bedroom with 1 double bed, private bathroom and toilet. Beds made on arrival and bathroom linen provided. Electric heating included. All-inclusive rates. Obligatory cleaning fee of €120. Animal supplement 15 € per day to be paid on site to the owner. Pet deposit 100 €. Outdoor surveillance cameras deactivated during all stays.
