Located just a stone's throw from the Aveyron river and the Truyère gorges, this beautiful, fully-renovated, detached house dating from 1830 welcomes you to its pleasant surroundings.
Nearby, you can discover the Lot and Goul valleys, the abbey church of Conques, the village of Laguiole, and hiking in the Châtaigneraie, Cantal and Aubrac mountains. Swimming and water sports at Saint Etienne Cantalès lake, 40 km away.
The gîte has an unfenced plot at the front and a terrace at the back with access to the living room. Garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue are available.
First floor: large living room with flat-screen TV, stereo, Internet access and fireplace with wood-burning stove (free wood), built-in kitchenette, separate toilet. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can be twinned to form a double bed, shower room, separate wc. Oil-fired central heating included. Rates include all utilities.

Noisette Un havre de paix
Le gîte est agréable et très propre. Rien n'y manque. J'en ai rarement vu d'aussi propre ! Très bonne literie. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et très accueillants.

Superbe maison dans un coin paisible et calme et fantastique pour se ressourcer.
Les propriétaires sont des gens très sympathiques.
Maison très propre et literie très confortable.

Anne Beau gîte agréable dans le Cantal
Les propriétaires ont eu à cœur de préparer le gîte pour notre arrivée. Il était d'une propreté irréprochable et très bien équipé.
Il est le point de départ idéal pour de nombreuses balades. Le paysage dès l'arrivée au petit village est superbe: et que le soleil soit au rendez-vous ou la pluie, il est tout aussi beau !
Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de faire tout ce que nous avions prévu mais cela sera l'occasion de revenir!- Cleanliness
