Located just a stone's throw from the Aveyron river and the Truyère gorges, this beautiful, fully-renovated, detached house dating from 1830 welcomes you to its pleasant surroundings.
Nearby, you can discover the Lot and Goul valleys, the abbey church of Conques, the village of Laguiole, and hiking in the Châtaigneraie, Cantal and Aubrac mountains. Swimming and water sports at Saint Etienne Cantalès lake, 40 km away.
The gîte has an unfenced plot at the front and a terrace at the back with access to the living room. Garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue are available.
First floor: large living room with flat-screen TV, stereo, Internet access and fireplace with wood-burning stove (free wood), built-in kitchenette, separate toilet. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can be twinned to form a double bed, shower room, separate wc. Oil-fired central heating included.
