In the heart of the Cantalien Châtaigneraie and 200 m from the Lake du Rouget, this small detached house dating from 1880 welcomes you just outside the village of Le Rouget.
Enjoy fishing 200 m from the cottage, swimming and water sports at Lake Saint-Etienne Cantalès, go-karting at Pers and hiking. You can also visit the villages of Laroquebrou and Marcolès, classified as Petites Cités de Caractère, and discover the sites of Padirac and Rocamadour. Marcolès is classified as one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in France".
The house has a courtyard and 300 m² of enclosed grounds, two terraces, one of which is covered with garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue. Private parking is available in the owner's paddock.
First floor: fully-equipped kitchenette, living room with flat-screen TV, wifi and 5G wired internet access and connected loudspeaker. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, shower room with WC. Electric heating included. All-inclusive rates. Beds made on arrival and linen supplied.

Location conforme à l'annonce,gîte particulièrement agréable en période de canicule. Hôtes très à l'écoute et disponibles , et toujours de bons conseils pour la découverte de cette belle région.

Michèle Calme et repos
Le gite est dans une petite commune avec des commerces de proximité.
Il est bien équipé à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur.
Il y a de nombreuses visites et randonnées à faire à moins d'une heure de voiture et Adrien nous a donné de bons conseils.
Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances.

Excellent séjour à Le Rouget. Propriétaires très attentifs à notre confort. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le gîte tres bien équipé. La situation est parfaite pour une découverte du Cantal du Puy Mary aux limites de l'Aveyron.
