Enjoy fishing 200 m from the cottage, swimming and water sports at Lake Saint-Etienne Cantalès, go-karting at Pers and hiking. You can also visit the villages of Laroquebrou and Marcolès, classified as Petites Cités de Caractère, and discover the sites of Padirac and Rocamadour. The house has a courtyard and 300 m² of enclosed grounds, two terraces, one of which is covered with garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue. Private parking is available in the owner's paddock.
