Nestled in an exceptional setting in the heart of the mountain pastures at an altitude of 1135 m, this detached character house, completely renovated in 2019 and decorated with care and attention to detail, welcomes you to a secluded, unspoilt site ideal for a change of scenery. On site, you can discover the landscapes, fauna and flora of the mountains. You can also enjoy Hiking in the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne (Grand Site National du Puy Mary, Vallée de Cheylade, Vallée du Mars, Col d'Aulac, Col de Néronne...), Fishing (Petite Rhue, Lake des Cascades,...), Cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and paragliding at Le Claux. You'll also discover the wealth of the region's built heritage: the towns of Riom-es-Montagnes, Murat and Salers, the ruins of the Château d'Apchon and the Romanesque church circuits. This detached house has a panoramic view over the mountain pastures and the Sancy massif, an unfenced plot with terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and a portico. First floor: fully-equipped kitchenette, spacious, bright living room with flat-screen TV and Internet access, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, shower room, separate toilet, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. On the 1st floor, relaxation area with library, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (160cm) and private shower room, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (80x200cm) that can be converted into 1 double bed (160cm) and 1x2 bunk beds, bathroom (bath and shower), separate toilet. Electric heating by heat pump included. Rates include all charges. Daily cleaning charge of €40/day optional. Grocery store in Cheylade 5.5 km and Riom-es-Montagnes 10.5 km. Non-smoking Holiday cottage. Winter equipment mandatory. Tourism and Handicap label (auditory, mental and visual).

Lornadama Séjour a Saint Hippolyte
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte à Saint-Hippolyte, dans le Cantal, du 14 au 17 mai. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme et la tranquillité des lieux, parfaits pour se ressourcer. Le cadre est magnifique, avec de superbes paysages tout autour, et la région offre de très belles visites à faire.
Le gîte est très bien conçu, confortable et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous avons même eu la chance d’avoir de la neige durant ces quelques jours, ce qui a apporté un charme supplémentaire aux paysages déjà magnifiques.
Nous repartons avec de très bons souvenirs et recommandons vivement cette adresse à toutes les personnes qui recherchent un séjour paisible dans un environnement authentique et dépaysant en famille ou entre amis.

Bienheureux Le bonheur
Nous recommandons cette maison sans hésitation pour sa situation en plein cœur des estives, une très belle exposition pour profiter du soleil, un panorama dont on ne se lasse jamais.
La maison est très fonctionnelle mais aussi décorée avec personnalité. Confortable pour notre groupe de 8 adultes. La propriétaire y réserve un accueil chaleureux des plus sincères.Sommes partis à regret.- Cleanliness
