Nestled in an exceptional setting in the heart of the mountain pastures at an altitude of 1135 m, this detached character house, completely renovated in 2019 and decorated with care and attention to detail, welcomes you to a secluded, unspoilt site ideal for a change of scenery. On site, you can discover the landscapes, fauna and flora of the mountains. You can also enjoy Hiking in the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne (Grand Site National du Puy Mary, Vallée de Cheylade, Vallée du Mars, Col d'Aulac, Col de Néronne...), Fishing (Petite Rhue, Lake des Cascades,...), Cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and paragliding at Le Claux. You'll also discover the wealth of the region's built heritage: the towns of Riom-es-Montagnes, Murat and Salers, the ruins of the Château d'Apchon and the Romanesque church circuits. This detached house has a panoramic view over the mountain pastures and the Sancy massif, an unfenced plot with terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and a portico. First floor: fully-equipped kitchenette, spacious, bright living room with flat-screen TV and Internet access, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, shower room, separate toilet, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
