A stone's throw from the Regional Natural Park of the Volcanoes of Auvergne, in the Jordanne valley, wooden chalet from 2019 located on a 4000 m² property including the owners' house.
Accessible by the only road that serves the valley leading to Puy Mary and Aurillac, this cottage is ideally located for practicing outdoor activities: numerous hikes (GR4, GR400 and the Jordanne gorges nearby, Puy Mary Grand Site National ), fishing and adventure course at Lac des Graves, center for outdoor activities in Mandailles (hiking, horseback riding, climbing, canyoning, via ferrata, mountain bike/electric hybrid bike, etc.), Super-Lioran ski resort (mountain skiing, cross-country and downhill skiing, snowshoeing). You can also discover the regional built heritage: Romanesque churches, villages of Salers and Tournemire classified as the Most Beautiful Villages in France, the town of Aurillac and its historic district.
This gite benefits from a closed wooden terrace of 25 m² with a view of the valley and private parking. On the ground floor, equipped kitchen area, living room with pellet stove (pellets provided), flat screen TV, wifi internet access, 1 bedroom with 1 160x200 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, shower room with toilet. Laundry room and storage with access from the outside. Electric heating in the bedrooms and the bathroom and convection pellet stove in the living room (pellets provided). Prices all charges included. Beds made on arrival and towels provided. Access to the gite by a 50 m road. Accomodation qualified ecogestures.
Grocery store and bread depot in Saint-Simon 5 km. All shops and services in Aurillac 10 km.

5/5Le gîte est parfait, spacieux, propre et bien conçu. La région est vraiment belle et de nombreuses randonnées et sites sont à faire et à voir.
Sans parler de l’accueil avec un bon gâteau à la noix de coco encore tiède et un pot de confiture maison.
Bref, nous reviendrions avec plaisir.

Un goût de "Revenez-y"
4/5Un gîte parfaitement agencé et équipé, tout parait neuf malgré ses 3 ou 4 ans ! Entouré d'un jardin fleuri très accueillant, créé et entretenu par les propriétaires, dont c'était le métier. Ils ont construit et aménagé les 2 chalets par eux-mêmes, et vous accueillent avec sympathie.
Nous étions 3, mais 4 personnes seront à l'aise.
Seul (petit) bémol : la circulation sur la route un peu plus bas, pas gênante de jour et nulle la nuit, se fait entendre à partir de 6/7h du matin ; mais les nuits sont fraiches et on peut refermer les fenêtres bien isolantes sur le matin si on est sensible au bruit.
Région idéale pour la rando, le vélo (sportif) et VTT… Fraîcheur appréciée en ces temps de sécheresse/canicule ! Supérette à 6km en aval et 15km en amont, rien à Velzic même.- Cleanliness 5/5

Excellent séjour
5/5Très bon séjour dans un chalet très confortable et agréable. Très belle région avec de nombreuses randonnées. Très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires. Merci pour les sablés, la confiture et l'apéro partagé le vendredi soir.
