Just a stone's throw from the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, in the Jordanne valley, this 2019 wooden Chalet is located on a 4000 m² property that includes the owners' house.
Situated at the foot of the only road in the valley leading to Puy Mary and Aurillac, this Holiday cottage is ideal for outdoor activities: numerous Hiking trails (GR4, GR400 and Gorges de la Jordanne nearby, Puy Mary Grand Site National), Fishing and adventure trails at Lake des Graves, outdoor activities center at Mandailles (hiking, horse riding, climbing, canyoning, via ferrata, mountain biking/electric mountain bikes...), Super-Lioran ski resort (cross-country and downhill skiing, snowshoeing). You can also discover the region's built heritage: Romanesque churches, the villages of Salers and Tournemire classified as the Most Beautiful Villages in France, and the City of Aurillac and its Historical district.
A ping-pong table and petanque court are shared with the other Holiday cottage.
This Holiday cottage has a 25 m² enclosed wooden terrace overlooking the valley and private parking. First floor: fully-equipped kitchenette, living room with pellet stove (pellets supplied), flat-screen TV, wifi internet access, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, shower room with wc. Laundry and storage room with outside access. Electric heating in bedrooms and shower room and convection pellet stove in living room (pellets supplied). All-inclusive rates. Beds made on arrival and bathroom linen provided. Access to Holiday cottage via 50 m carriage road. Eco-friendly accommodation. Reinforced socket with meter on site for recharging your electric vehicle (extra charge according to consumption).
Grocery and bread store in Saint-Simon 5 km. All shops and services in Aurillac 10 km.

Gite vraiment très agréable, chaleureux, très bien équipé.Cadre verdoyant, fleuri, au son des cloches des vaches Salers. Propriétaires très sympathiques et disponibles si besoin.

Nous sommes très satisfaits de la location.
Le chalet est très bien aménagé ,il y a tout ce qu'il faut, il est très fonctionnel et avec une belle vue.
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et nous ont offert de délicieuses friandises (faites maison !) et un beau bouquet de fleurs.
