Nestled in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne on the Cézallier plateau, between the Sancy massif and the Monts du Cantal, this house, completely renovated in 2023, adjoining an old barn, welcomes you to a small mountain hamlet in an environment conducive to relaxation. Situated at an altitude of 1090m, this Holiday cottage is in the heart of the owner's farm, where you can discover the Cantalien countryside and local flora and fauna. Many activities are available nearby, including hiking in the Cantal mountains and the Sancy massif, downhill skiing and Nordic activities at the Super-Besse ski resort, fishing in the Rhue river, and swimming and water sports at Lake Lastioulles.
This Holiday cottage has semi-enclosed grounds with panoramic views over the Cézallier plateau, a veranda and private parking. Ground floor: fitted kitchenette, living room with flat-screen TV and wood-burning stove (free wood), shower room and separate toilet. On 1st floor, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed 160X200, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 80X200, bathroom and separate WC. Oil-fired central heating. All shops and services in Condat 10 km away. Riom-es-Montagnes 27 km. Holiday cottage on the farm.

Nelly Un très beau gîte et une vue superbe
Un très beau gîte où rien ne manque. Un accueil fort agréable de la part de Didier, très présent et disponible. Une vue magnifique vers les monts du Cantal. Pour les randonneurs: une "foultitude" de magnifiques randonnées plus ou moins longues avec plus ou moins de dénivelés, soit tout près dans le Cezallier, soit vers les Mont Dore (Puy de Sancy), soit vers les Mont du Cantal (Puy Mary). Si vous évitez les hauts lieux touristiques, vous randonnerez sans rencontrer grand monde: immersion silencieuse dans cette magnifique nature.

Gite spacieux, bien équipé, grande véranda permettant de ranger les vélo, matériel de rando etc, vue superbe. C'est isolé et tranquille à côté de la ferme du propriétaire qui est très sympa...

Didier 90 Gîte La Marquerie
Gîte à la ferme, très propre, très bien équipé avec une vue magnifique sur le Cézallier. Didier le propriétaire est quelqu'un d'exceptionnel, très sympa, passionné par son métier, qui nous a fait découvrir son excellent Saint Nectaire. Encore un grand merci pour son accueil, sa simplicité et sa gentillesse.
