Nestled in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne on the Cézallier plateau, between the Sancy massif and the Monts du Cantal, this house, completely renovated in 2023, adjoining an old barn, welcomes you to a small mountain hamlet in an environment conducive to relaxation. Situated at an altitude of 1090m, this Holiday cottage is in the heart of the owner's farm, where you can discover the Cantalien countryside and local flora and fauna. Many activities are available nearby, including hiking in the Cantal mountains and the Sancy massif, downhill skiing and Nordic activities at the Super-Besse ski resort, fishing in the Rhue river, and swimming and water sports at Lake Lastioulles.
This Holiday cottage has semi-enclosed grounds with panoramic views over the Cézallier plateau, a veranda and private parking. Ground floor: fitted kitchenette, living room with flat-screen TV and wood-burning stove (free wood), shower room and separate toilet. On 1st floor, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed 160X200, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 80X200, bathroom and separate WC. Oil-fired central heating. All shops and services in Condat 10 km away. Riom-es-Montagnes 27 km. Holiday cottage on the farm.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le propriétaire des lieux. La maison est très bien agencée et décorée. Elle est très propre.

Notre petite famille Gite tout confort au calme
Nous avons passé une super semaine dans le gîte. Le propriétaire a été très accueillant et a répondu à toutes nos petites demandes. Il a également permis aux enfants de visiter l'étable et l'atelier de production du fromage c'est super.
Le gîte est de plus situé à distance raisonnable (30min) des pistes de ski de Super Besse.

Anne-Colette Un séjour inoubliable
Une semaine exceptionnelle, baignée de soleil dans un paysage grandiose ! Le confort et la sérénité des lieux sont à souligner. Peu de gîtes sont aussi bien aménagés et équipés. La salle de séjour ouverte sur la cuisine est spacieuse et sa véranda la complète bien, un dedans/dehors très agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et le calme absolu permet de se ressourcer pleinement. Didier est un hôte avenant et discret en même temps, et le partage de quelques moments de son quotidien à la ferme a ravi toute notre tribu. Nous sommes partis à regrets en nous promettant de revenir bientôt.
