Nestled in the heart of the Santoire valley, close to the Grand Site National du Puy Mary, this detached character house welcomes you at the entrance to the village of Dienne.
Nearby, you can enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities: hiking in the Monts du Cantal, paragliding at Le Claux, fishing in the Santoire and mountain biking. You can also discover the region's rich architectural heritage by visiting the medieval towns of Murat, Saint-Flour and Riom-es-Montagnes, as well as the Drils mill and the listed church in Dienne.
The gîte benefits from 1000 m² of semi-enclosed grounds, a garage and a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs.
First floor: living room with flat-screen TV and Bluetooth speaker, fitted kitchenette, laundry room, separate toilet. 1st floor: lounge area, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, bathroom with shower, separate WC. 2nd floor: games area, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Beds made up on arrival and towels provided. Oil-fired central heating included. Rates include all charges. Gîte located opposite the Dienne motorhome park.

Ce gîte est très bien situé, près de Murat et du Col de Serre, idéal pour de belles balades en raquettes. La maison est bien équipée et très confortable, décoration soignée. Rien ne manque à cette maison restaurée avec goût et avec des matériaux de qualité. Nous la recommandons sans aucun problème. La vue sur le Puy Mary finira de vous convaincre.

Nini Un petit bijou
Superbe Gîte, rénové avec goût, bien situé pour les amoureux des maisons cantalienne et les randonnées.Proche de Murât, des magasins, des sites à découvrir un petit coup de cœur pour le restaurant le très petit café (situé à Murat), le restaurant les marmottes au puy Marie, la poterie à la boissonniere et surtout nos hôtesses qui nous ont accueilli avec gentillesse.
