Nestled in the heart of the Santoire valley, close to the Grand Site National du Puy Mary, this detached character house welcomes you at the entrance to the village of Dienne.
Nearby, you can enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities: hiking in the Monts du Cantal, paragliding at Le Claux, fishing in the Santoire and mountain biking. You can also discover the region's rich architectural heritage by visiting the medieval towns of Murat, Saint-Flour and Riom-es-Montagnes, as well as the Drils mill and the listed church in Dienne.
The gîte benefits from 1000 m² of semi-enclosed grounds, a garage and a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs.
First floor: living room with flat-screen TV and Bluetooth speaker, fitted kitchenette, laundry room, separate toilet. 1st floor: lounge area, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, bathroom with shower, separate WC. 2nd floor: games area, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Beds made up on arrival and towels provided. Oil-fired central heating included. Rates include all charges. Gîte located opposite the Dienne motorhome park.

Gite magnifique, très grand, tout confort, literie impeccable avec des couettes toutes moelleuses.Le calme, la sérénité règnent dans cette maison. Nous nous sommes très bien reposés. Le cantal c'est magique et magnifique. Nous reviendrons.
Murat n est pas loin pour les commerces.Bel endroit pour les randonnées.

Agréable dans un gîte tout confort avec de belles balades dans une région qui mérite le détour. Et un garage pour nos vélos . Nous regrettons déjà ce gîte....

- L’accueil par la propriétaire .
- l’environnement verdoyant.
- le cachet de la vrais maison Auvergnate.
- l’intérieur chaleureux, du RdC au 2 eme étage.
- Meubles et décorations d’un goût raffiné ++
Je recommande ce gîte, qui a répondu à toutes nos attentes avec deux enfants de 11 et 7 ans.
Le Cantal est un magnifique département et le gîte du Puech est une vrais pépite.
