Located close to the Grand Site National du Puy Mary, in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, this 1870 character house, semi-detached house with another Holiday cottage (n°318), welcomes you in a pleasant setting overlooking the Mandailles valley.
You'll discover the Cantalien massif with its hiking trails (GR4 and GR400), the Jordanne gorges, the Super-Lioran ski resort and the Aurillac region. You can also take advantage of the nature resort at Mandailles (hiking, horse-riding, mountain biking, trail biking, climbing, canyoning, via ferrata...).
This Holiday cottage has a 25 m² covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, and a private, unfenced plot of land. Possibility of parking below, access to grounds by staircase.
First floor: living room with free wood-burning stove, wifi Internet access and flat-screen TV, fitted kitchenette. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1x2 bunk beds, shower room with toilet. Electric heating according to consumption.
Grocery store in Mandailles 2.5 km. All shops and services in Aurillac 22 km.

Fanny Magnifique
Magnifique séjour ! L’endroit est un havre de paix pour se ressourcer, les randonnées sont splendides. Le gîte est très propre et très complet, il ne manque rien ! Mme M. est une personne très agréable, nous avons eu droit à une belle attention à notre arrivée. Et pour ne rien gâcher en ce mois de novembre le soleil a été bien présent tous les jours. Le petit plus, la cheminée à allumer dès la nuit tombée. Bref, nous reviendrons !

Pieme Le Cantal en automne
Le gîte est très bien situé, très bien aménagé, très bien équipé. La région est magnifique et à cette période d'automne toute dorée. Incomparable! On se prend déjà à penser à notre prochain séjour là-bas...

Jerome Gite au calme
Très bon séjour dans un cadre magnifique, proche du Puy Mary : maison de caractère située dans un petit hameau, au calme. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire.
2 remarques :
- la place de parking n'en est pas une : il faut se garer sur l'herbe le long d'un talus entre un fossé et un escalier en veillant à laisser suffisamment de place pour les tracteurs qui passent sur le chemin.
- la réception de la télé est très mauvaise, l'image se fige sans arrêt (même si en vacances on essaie d'oublier la télé)- Cleanliness

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié votre séjour. La propriétaire va faire le nécessaire pour la réception de la télévision. Cet hébergement offre deux possibilités de stationnement: une en contrebas du terrain et une autre sur la place du hameau située à 20m du gîte.
