Located close to the Grand Site National du Puy Mary, in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, this 1870 character house, semi-detached house with another Holiday cottage (n°318), welcomes you in a pleasant setting overlooking the Mandailles valley.
You'll discover the Cantalien massif with its hiking trails (GR4 and GR400), the Jordanne gorges, the Super-Lioran ski resort and the Aurillac region. You can also take advantage of the nature resort at Mandailles (hiking, horse-riding, mountain biking, trail biking, climbing, canyoning, via ferrata...).
This Holiday cottage has a 25 m² covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, and a private, unfenced plot of land. Possibility of parking below, access to grounds by staircase.
First floor: living room with free wood-burning stove, wifi Internet access and flat-screen TV, fitted kitchenette. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1x2 bunk beds, shower room with toilet. Electric heating according to consumption.
Grocery store in Mandailles 2.5 km. All shops and services in Aurillac 22 km.

Gwetan Séjour au calme
Séjour au calme dans une superbe vallée. Le gîte est très bien équipé, dont une bonne partie d'équipements très récents. Le gîte était propre et prêt à notre arrivée. Le contact très facile avec la propriétaire qui nous avait préparé une petite attention très agréable. Pour les amoureux de sport et de nature il y a de nombreuses balades à proximité que ce soit à pied ou en vélo. Nous reviendrons très probablement.

Mandailles est proche départ GR. Bémol pour le peu de marché et de quoi faire les courses. Nécessité de prévoir à l'avance. Sinon magnifique région et accueil des locaux chaleureux

Great region, but the gîte was not that great. Small bed. The floor upstairs is not flat so the bed wasn't either. The sofa is really old and not comfortabel. The television was really bad. ( a lot of interference). We expected more of it. And at the end we had to pay more than we expected for the cleaning and the sheets. ( however, we left the gite in a cleaner way than when we arrived).

J'ai pris connaissance de votre avis. Je suis désolée que mon hébergement n'est pas répondu totalement à vos attentes. Comme indiqué dans le descriptif, le lit proposé est un lit 2 personnes et la location des draps et le forfait ménage de fin de séjour sont en supplément. De plus, le canapé a été renouvelé il y a 2 ans. Au plaisir de vous accueillir de nouveau. Cordialement.
