Located in Villeneuve-de-Berg, "Les Figuiers" studio lets you explore the southern Ardèche region, taking in must-see sites such as Vogüé, Balazuc and Alba-la-Romaine, not to mention the famous Ardèche Gorges, Pont d'Arc and Grotte Chauvet2-Ardèche less than 25 kms away. The Holiday cottage is within walking distance of local shops (supermarket, farm store, pharmacy, etc.).
Recently renovated, the studio "Les Figuiers" offers ergonomic living. It's small but functional! Outside, a wooden terrace (with private barbecue) lets you enjoy meals in peace and quiet, or relax on deckchairs in the garden. Access to the heated, above-ground Piscine is available from early June to mid-September (shared with the owners).
This studio is attached to the owners' house, but has its own entrance and private parking space in front of the cottage. It is located in a quiet, residential area of Villeneuve-de-Berg.
The main room includes a fully-equipped kitchen with removable table and chairs for your meals, a sleeping area with 140 cm bed (on castors), a small sitting area with 2 armchairs, TV and free wifi access. The bathroom has a shower, vanity unit and toilet. Washing machine available on the owners' premises. Beds made on arrival and bathroom linen provided (electric heating included). So you can enjoy a peaceful stay or short break!

*INFO PISCINE: Above-ground with shared ladder, heated by heat pump from June to mid-September, weather permitting - 4m60 x 3m10 - depth 1m15/chlorine.
