You're in the heart of the Ibie Valley, famous for its pebble beaches, turquoise waters and Mediterranean vegetation. Lavender fields, vineyards or garrigue, a wide range of landscapes await you on foot or by bike. The Gorges de l'Ardèche, the Chauvet 2 cave and Vallon Pt d'Arc are less than 20 minutes away by car. Villeneuve de Berg, all shops 10 minutes away, 3 restaurants nearby.
You'll immediately fall under the spell of this detached house, located just outside the village of Saint Maurice d'Ibie. In an environment conducive to peace and relaxation, this pleasant, just-completed Holiday cottage stands out for its sophisticated decoration and lovely private swimming pool* with pool house. The surrounding grounds are perfect for Kids to invent a thousand and one stories, while the older ones enjoy the shade of the covered terrace.
The interior of the Holiday cottage is spacious and tastefully furnished. The bright living room features a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, and a sitting area with sofas, armchairs and TV. Multiple French windows and bay windows open onto the outside. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a 160cm bed and the second with 2 80cm beds (convertible to 160cm on request). A bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet are next door. Upstairs, you'll find a large master bedroom with a 160cm bed, a sitting area and a private bathroom (shower and WC). A small adjoining sitting room with sofa and desk lets you read a book or relax in peace and quiet. From this room, a staircase leads to a Mezzanine bed (140cm) and a third bathroom (shower and WC).
No need to pack suitcases, towels and bed linen are included.

KHAMSIN UN HAVRE DE PAIX PRES DE VALLON
Nous avons passé 4 jours au calme dans ce gite pour 8 personnes très bien pensé et où chaque chambre a son indépendance. La maison, la piscine, la terrasse et le jardin appellent à la convivialité tout en préservant l'indépendance de chacun. Nous reviendrons !

Fdhx Au calme
Accueil par le propriétaire, avec conseils pour le séjour, disponibilité si besoin. Intérieur frais malgré l'absence de climatisation, hormis la chambre du haut et celle du studio. Literie de qualité. Cuisine bien équipée. Ventilateurs dans chaque chambre. Piscine 10*4 non chauffée, mais au mois d'août ce n'est pas utile. Auvent extérieur pour le repas, avec un autre près de la piscine. Graviers autour de la piscine, prévoir chaussures pour circuler. Environnement très calme, avec accès aux sites touristiques à environ 30'.
Possibilité de commander pain et viennoiseries au camping proche.- Cleanliness

Coralie Gite exceptionnel !
Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille avec deux enfants dont un bébé en bas âge. La maison est exceptionnelle ! Et très bien équipée (ustensile de cuisine, lit parapluie, table a langer) ! Les chambres sont spacieuses et cocooning. On s'y sent vraiment bien.
L'aménagement extérieur est vraiment agréable, le lieu est calme, avec une très jolie vue. Les petits déjeuner au lever du soleil avec vue sur la piscine sont mémorables.Renaud est accueillant et bienveillant. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés ce gite.

Camille Excellent séjour !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison ainsi que son extérieur sont charmants et très confortables, il y a tous les équipements nécessaires et même plus. C’est un coin calme et agréable pour séjourner.
Renaud le propriétaire est très accueillant et a même pris le temps de nous donner des bonnes adresses aux alentours dont nous avons pleinement profité (coin baignade, restaurants) ! Au plaisir de revenir !- Cleanliness
