Villeneuve de Berg, all shops 10 minutes away, 3 restaurants nearby.

You'll immediately fall under the spell of this detached house, located just outside the village of Saint Maurice d'Ibie. In an environment conducive to peace and relaxation, this pleasant, just-completed Holiday cottage stands out for its sophisticated decoration and lovely private swimming pool* with pool house. The surrounding grounds are perfect for Kids to invent a thousand and one stories, while the older ones enjoy the shade of the covered terrace.

The interior of the Holiday cottage is spacious and tastefully furnished. The bright living room features a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, and a sitting area with sofas, armchairs and TV. Multiple French windows and bay windows open onto the outside. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a 160cm bed and the second with 2 80cm beds (convertible to 160cm on request). A bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet are next door. Upstairs, you'll find a large master bedroom with a 160cm bed, a sitting area and a private bathroom (shower and WC). A small adjoining sitting room with sofa and desk lets you read a book or relax in peace and quiet. From this room, a staircase leads to a Mezzanine bed (140cm) and a third bathroom (shower and WC).

No need to pack suitcases, towels and bed linen are included.
