In the heart of the village of St Maurice d'Ardèche, at the foot of the bell tower, we invite you to the Mauricette Holiday cottage!

This stone-built house has been completely renovated to welcome you, your family or friends, all year round.
You'll be charmed by its decor and furnishings, tastefully chosen to create a warm, cosy atmosphere. The comfort and quality of the facilities are just the little extras you'll need for a pleasant vacation.

The location is perfect for discovering the wonders of the Southern Ardèche.
On foot or by bike, take advantage of the "voie verte" just a few meters from the Holiday cottage and visit two villages classified as "Plus beaux villages de France": Balazuc and Vogüé. In 5 minutes by car, or just 20 minutes by bike, you'll be strolling through pretty cobbled streets, sipping a drink by the river Ardèche, followed by a swim by the cliffs.
Nearby, stroll through the touristy streets of Ruoms or Vallon Pont d'Arc, during the summer markets, and sample local produce. The famous Gorges de l'Ardèche are a must for your vacation program, whether you're hiking or canoeing.

The Holiday cottage is laid out over 3 levels, providing comfort and privacy for all.
On the ground floor, a studio apartment is available for couples with babies, or if you prefer to avoid the stairs. Fully equipped with kitchenette, living room, sleeping area with 160cm bed and bathroom with shower and WC.
Up the outside stairs, the main Holiday cottage opens onto a beautiful living room.
Beautiful staircases lead up to the 3rd level, with 2 bedrooms (160cm bed and 2 90cm beds) with sloping ceilings, a shower room and separate WC.

Beds made on arrival and bathroom linen provided.
Parking on the town hall square 50m from the Holiday cottage. Bakery 100m away on foot.
