The accommodation is spread over 3 levels, each offering comfortable, well-appointed living spaces.
On the ground floor, a bright, spacious room with corner sofa, TV, table, chairs, shower room, separate toilet and sauna. It's the perfect place to relax, while enjoying the view of the Piscine.
On the 1st floor, a large living room with integrated kitchen, dining area and sitting area with sofas and TV. This room opens onto the small inner courtyard.
2nd floor: 3 bedrooms, one with private shower room and toilet (2 with 160cm beds and 1 with 2 90cm beds). Separate shower room and toilet.
Beds made up and bathroom linen provided.
Reversible air-conditioning in the bedrooms and underfloor heating ensure optimum comfort all year round.
Closed garage with automated opening.
