This old stone farmhouse, carefully renovated on three levels, combines authenticity and quality features. Spacious, warm and well-equipped, it's ideal for group stays. You'll find a beautiful cathedral-ceilinged living room with integrated kitchen, a convivial lounge around the stove and a more intimate corner. Upstairs, a cosy under-roof lounge with TV and Playstation will be perfect for younger guests. The games area will delight young and old alike: billiards, table soccer, arcade, darts... The bedrooms are spread over three levels: three with 180cm beds (convertible into two 90cm beds), one with a 140cm bed, one with three 90cm beds and one with four 90cm beds. There are two shower rooms, a bathroom with whirlpool bath and three WCs. The Wellbeing area includes a private sauna.

The Holiday cottage is set in 26 hectares of private grounds with a heated swimming pool*, pétanque, soccer, table tennis and a birdwatching trail to discover the local wildlife. Committed to slow tourism, six electric bikes, a cargo bike and a charging station for electric vehicles are available (extra charge).

Two terraces let you enjoy every moment. One on the south side with a brazier, the other on the west side with a barbecue and a view of the sunset. Special mention must be made of the cabana with its guinguette-style tables near the pétanque court, where you can easily imagine summer evenings lingering on.

Activities for all seasons in the immediate vicinity. Just 5 minutes from Saint-Agrève (all shops), the Holiday cottage offers ideal access to the Dolce Via, Lake Devesset, Le Chambon-sur-Lignon golf course and the Michelin-starred restaurants of Saint-Bonnet-le-Froid.
