In the heart of nature, between fir forests and meadows, this superb house with Piscine is located in an exceptional environment, not overlooked. As part of a Slow Tourism initiative financed by ADEME, 6 electric bikes and 1 cargo bike are available, as well as an electric charging station for electric cars. Access via a 300-meter dirt track. Traditional stone Mountain house, fitted out to a very high standard. House on 3 levels. An ideal place to gather with friends or family, no parties allowed. Saint Agrève: shops 5 minutes away. Private heated Piscine* open from June to September. Private sauna and shower, treadmill, games area with table soccer and billiards, bowling green and birdwatching course. Spacious living room with integrated kitchenette, 3 lounges, wood-burning stove, 1 bedroom (4 single beds), 1 bedroom (3 single beds), 3 bedrooms (3 double beds), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 3 WCs, 2 shower rooms, 1 bathroom (multi-jet bath), 2 terraces. Kids outside, bowling green (6x15m). Bed linen and towels provided, bathroom and kitchen linen. Internet connection, 3 flat-screen TVs, games console. Hiking and mountain biking in summer, snowshoeing in winter. 10km away, Lake Devesset with swimming and windsurfing, 18-hole golf course at Le Chambon sur Lignon. 2 km away, start of the Dolce Via in Saint Agrève. 3-star gourmet restaurant in Saint Bonnet le Froid. Electrically-assisted bike rental with bike delivery to the Holiday cottage: ask the owner.
Piscine open from June to September, weather permitting/ 5 m x 10 m / depth 1.40 - roller shutter/ heated/salt.

Un séminaire ressourçant
5/5Nous étions un groupe de 10 personnes dans le cadre d'un séminaire d'entreprise.
La maison de Claude est située dans la nature, et en même temps pas très loin des commerces, ce qui est idéal.
De nombreuses prestations sont proposées. Le temps n'étant pas de la partie nous n'avons pas pu bénéficié de la grande piscine et du terrain de pétanque, à contrario, la salle de jeu à l'intérieur était la bienvenue.
La maison est très spacieuse et la pièce de vie principale est chaleureuse comme l'accueil de Claude qui était au top.

Séjour à la Maison des Champs
5/5Une magnifique maison complément équipée offrant de larges possibilités. Un plus, les 6 vélos électriques et un cargo. Soubeyrand Sports donne de précieux conseil pour des balades adaptées pour tous, un grand merci.
Apprécié, que nous soyons 15 personnes, aucun soucis pour manger à la même table tant dehors que sur la terrasse et dedans.
Quatre couples et des enfants ont tous trouvés leurs chambres et leurs salons pour être au calme.
