Ideally located in the heart of nature, 15 minutes from Aubenas and close to the most beautiful sites in Ardèche Méridionale, our 8-person Holiday cottage welcomes you in a charming setting. This former Ardèche hayloft, surrounded by olive trees, vines and mulberry trees, has recently been restored and now offers very comfortable accommodation. The large 11m x 6m swimming pool (heated and secure from May), the Nordic bath with Spa, the bowling green, the pergola, the barbecue... offer a pleasant place to relax. The many Hiking and mountain-biking trails starting from the Holiday cottage make for great outings. Go-karting, quad biking and microlight flying less than 5 km away (Plateau des Gras near the airfield). First floor: fitted kitchen with dining room opening onto the terrace by the Piscine, independent living room with sofa, flat-screen TV, DVD, Internet connection. 1 master bedroom with private shower room and WC (direct access to outside), 1 small Kids bedroom with 2 90cm bunk beds, bathroom with bath and shower, separate WC. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (2 x 160cm beds, can be separated into 2 single beds on request), shower room with Italian shower and WC. Reversible air-conditioning.
*PISCINE INFO: open May-October, weather permitting, heated, 11m x 6m, 1m40 deep, chlorine-treated, gates with safety gate, gradual-descent staircase. Nordic bath available all year round.
