Ideally located in the heart of nature, 15 minutes from Aubenas and close to the most beautiful sites in Southern Ardèche, our holiday cottage for 8 people welcomes you to a charming setting.

This former Ardèche hayloft, surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, and mulberry trees, has been recently restored and now offers exceptionally comfortable accommodations.

The large 11m x 6m swimming pool (heated and secured), open starting in May, the Nordic bath with Spa, the bocce court, the pergola, and the barbecue… all offer a pleasant space to relax. The many hiking and mountain biking trails starting right from the holiday cottage allow for beautiful outings. Go-karting, ATV riding, and microlight flights are available less than 5 km away (Plateau des Gras, near the airfield).

On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area opening onto the terrace near the Piscine, as well as a separate living room with a sofa, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and internet connection. 1 master bedroom with a private bathroom and toilet (direct access to the outdoors), 1 small bedroom for kids with 2 90 bunk beds, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 160 beds; can be separated into 2 single beds upon request), bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Reversible air conditioning
