Just 5 minutes from the Gorges de l'Ardèche, and a stone's throw from the center of one of the most famous villages in the southern Ardèche, this Holiday cottage is the ideal place for a successful vacation for 2 or 3.
With its swimming pool (to be shared with the owners), you'll be able to cool off after long walks, and visits to magnificent villages of character such as Balazuc or Labeaume. On lazy days, you can relax on a deckchair or read a book in the pretty communal garden (part of which is private).
A little extra: leave the car behind and set off on foot to enjoy a coffee in the village square, buy local produce at the weekly Thursday morning Market or simply enjoy a delicious homemade ice cream.

The Holiday cottage is semi-detached from the owner's house, with independent access and a private covered terrace, perfect for breakfast.

Inside, you'll find a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a sofa bed and a single bed. The bedroom has a 140cm bed, and the bathroom has an Italian shower and WC.
Central heating and air-conditioning are installed in the main room, providing effective cooling for the whole property.
The property is fully fenced and gated. Parking space available under shady trees.

We are located at the entrance to Vallon Pont d'Arc (all shops and activities), close to the Pont d'Arc distillery (fragrances possible on certain days of the year, distillery closed mid-July/mid-August).

Only one small dog allowed (no cats).

PISCINE INFO: open from end May, weather permitting / dimensions: 6m50 x 3m50 - depth 1.50m / security: alarm and fenced / Unheated/chlorinated.

    Séjour très agréable

    Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gîte confortable et très propre. La gentillesse des propriétaires et leur disponibilité nous ont accompagnées tout au long de nos vacances. Nous nous sentions comme à la maison.
    Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce gîte qui se trouve à quelques pas du village de Vallon Pont d'Arc et de ce fait nous offre la possibilité de laisser la voiture sous le beau murier de la propriété.
    Merci à nos hôtes pour les nombreuses petites attentions.

    Séjour à Vallon pont d'Arc

    Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Gîte des Laurier.
    Gîte bien situé à 5 mn à pied des commerces et du centre, José, Anna et Christine sont d'une gentillesse. C'est agréable le matin des les voir s'occuper de leurs jardins.
    Nous retournerons avec plaisir si nous revenons dans la région.

    Superbes vacances

    Très beau séjour de 15 jours dans un magnifique gîte, très propre,très bien équipé et se trouvant à 5 min du centre de Vallon
    Idéal pour les restaurants et boutiques
    Endroit très calme et reposant avec de nombreuses possibilités de randonnées
    Merci pour l'accueil des propriétaires (que nous avons trouvé très agréables et serviables) et de leur fille Christine

    Pose Ardéchoise

    Très bon accueil de mes hôtes,propreté irréprochable avec des extérieurs très entretenus . La piscine était très appréciable en ses fortes chaleur.
    La région est magnifique.
