Just 5 minutes from the Gorges de l'Ardèche, and a stone's throw from the center of one of the most famous villages in the southern Ardèche, this Holiday cottage is the ideal place for a successful vacation for 2 or 3.
With its swimming pool (to be shared with the owners), you'll be able to cool off after long walks, and visits to magnificent villages of character such as Balazuc or Labeaume. On lazy days, you can relax on a deckchair or read a book in the pretty communal garden (part of which is private).
A little extra: leave the car behind and set off on foot to enjoy a coffee in the village square, buy local produce at the weekly Thursday morning Market or simply enjoy a delicious homemade ice cream.

The Holiday cottage is semi-detached from the owner's house, with independent access and a private covered terrace, perfect for breakfast.

Inside, you'll find a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a sofa bed and a single bed. The bedroom has a 140cm bed, and the bathroom has an Italian shower and WC.
Central heating and air-conditioning are installed in the main room, providing effective cooling for the whole property.
The property is fully fenced and gated. Parking space available under shady trees.

We are located at the entrance to Vallon Pont d'Arc (all shops and activities), close to the Pont d'Arc distillery (fragrances possible on certain days of the year, distillery closed mid-July/mid-August).

Only one small dog allowed (no cats).
