Located at the foot of the Ardèche mountains, in a quiet, wooded setting, this large 15-person house is ideal for vacations with family or friends. Discover Mont Gerbier de Jonc and the Ray-Pic waterfall. Nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts will have the choice of hiking or mountain biking. Whatever the season, you'll marvel at the treasures of the Ardèche: snow on the plateau with snowshoes on your feet, beautiful rivers for fishing, and mythical swimming spots like the Pont du Diable. In Montpezat, you'll enjoy the local gastronomy, with its excellent producers.
This atypical gîte, at the end of a cul-de-sac, welcomes you to its large garden. You'll be able to soak up the sun at any time of day on the many terraces around the house, and enjoy a game of table tennis. The living room is perfect for gathering around a large table and an imposing fireplace, ideal for roaring fires or grilling. Upstairs, you can relax in the living room with TV sofa, library and games area. You'll find 6 bedrooms, shared over the 2 levels of the house: 2 bedrooms with a 160cm bed and a connecting bathroom with bath and WC; 2 bedrooms with a 160cm bed and a 140cm bed and a bathroom with bath and WC; and 2 bedrooms, one with a 90cm bed and the other with a 140cm bed and its own bathroom with bath and WC. Through the entrance hall, you'll have access to a small additional gîte. Here you'll find a small kitchen with a living room equipped with a wood-burning stove, a bathroom with bathtub, and two bedrooms upstairs (2 x 140cm beds), one with shower and WC. A laundry room with washing machine, dryer and WC is available on the first floor. For your convenience, beds are made up on arrival, towels provided and end-of-stay cleaning included.
