This pretty 18th-century stone farmhouse will win you over with its authenticity and location in the heart of the Ardèche countryside, amid fields and vineyards.
In the heart of southern Ardèche, just a stone's throw from the Gard, the Holiday cottage is also just a short stroll from the center of the village of Vagnas, where you'll find shops, farm producers and restaurants. You can leave your car at home and set off from the Holiday cottage along a number of footpaths, to breathe in the fresh air.

Le Provençal is adjoined by 2 other small Holiday cottages and 3 Bed and breakfasts. Each has its own entrance and private outdoor space.
The little extra: you'll be able to take advantage of the secure swimming pool (open from May to the end of September, weather permitting), in a peaceful setting.

For outdoor meals and breakfasts, there's a rooftop terrace and a shaded area in front of the Holiday cottage entrance.
Inside, the Holiday cottage is spacious for 2 people. It includes a living room with a sitting area and kitchenette. The vaulted attic bedroom includes a 140cm bed and a 90cm single bed. Shower room and separate WC. Electric heating.

This region offers a wealth of signposted footpaths to discover the exceptional heritage of the Ardèche and Cèze gorges. L'Aven d'Orgnac and the Cité de la Préhistoire, La Forestière are 8 km or 3 km away on foot. There are many beautiful villages to visit: Barjac, Goudargues, Aiguèze in the Gard, Labastide de Virac and its castle. It's a great place to recharge your batteries and get some fresh air. A visit to La Grotte Chauvet 2 - Ardèche is a must, to admire the masterpieces of our ancestors, the Aurignacians.
