In the heart of a small Ardéchois hamlet in the commune of Félines, in the Nord Ardèche region, you'll find these two semi-detached Holiday cottages built in a 19th-century Ardéchoise farmhouse. With its verdant surroundings, shared indoor swimming pool* and pétanque court, it's the ideal place to recharge your batteries with family or friends.

Just 60 km from Lyon and 15 km from Annonay, you've found the perfect place for a Countryside break. You're within easy reach of the region's most famous tourist attractions: Peaugres Safari (9km), St Pierre le Boeuf water park (15km) or Palais Idéal du Facteur Cheval (35km). For nature lovers, the choice is varied: Hiking on marked trails, mountain biking or snowshoeing in the Pilat National Park.

A 30-step staircase leads up to the Holiday cottage "Le Panorama". From the moment you enter, you'll be charmed by the unobstructed view of the Alps and Vercors. A large terrace has been laid out, so make the summer evenings last over a good meal (gas barbecue and garden furniture) before settling down comfortably to watch the starry sky. The Holiday cottage comprises a living room with fully-equipped kitchen, wooden table with 6 chairs and sitting area with sofa, armchairs, TV and wood-burning stove. There are two bedrooms, one with a 140cm bed and the second with two 90cm beds. Bathroom with shower and double washbasin. Separate WC.

For your shopping needs, go to the heart of the village 2km away (bakery, grocery store, tobacconist, newsagent, bar, hairdresser, butcher's shop...) and don't forget to sample the products of the owners' farm (Black Angus beef and black organically-farmed pork).

For added comfort, bed linen and towels are included, with beds made on arrival.
