Mas Vivarés is a 600 m² residence set in over 3 hectares with fruit trees, vines, green spaces and a Piscine. It comprises the owners' home, 3 bed and breakfast rooms and the CHATUS holiday cottage.

Set in part of this magnificent mas, this charming apartment of over 60 m2 will seduce you with its charm and well-kept surroundings.
It is located on the 2nd level of the building, adjoining the Bed and breakfast rooms. The entrance is shared by the different accommodations.

Entirely renovated, this accommodation offers comfort and modernity.
It comprises an air-conditioned living room with open-plan kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed and TV.
2 bedrooms (one with a 160cm bed, the other with a 140cm bed). Shower room with polished travertine tiled shower and toilet.
Beds made on arrival and Bathroom linen provided!

Shared laundry room with washing machine available on request. Non-smoking Holiday cottage.
Due to the stairs, the Holiday cottage is not accessible to PRM and is not recommended for families with young children.

You'll share the grounds, leisure facilities and Piscine* with the owners and Bed and breakfast guests.
Ping-pong table, pétanque court, badminton, Sports hall and gaming room for conviviality and sharing with family and friends.
For outdoor meals, a kitchen is available in the garden, with plancha, barbecue, crockery, tables and chairs.

Bordered by vineyards and surrounded by vast open spaces, you'll find peace and relaxation on site!
The vegetation is varied, with fields of thyme, rosemary shrubs, mulberry trees, apple trees, fig trees, almond trees and over 300 old vines.

The area is ideal for exploring the villages of Joyeuse, Largentière, Les Vans, Balazuc and Vogüé, not forgetting the Grotte Chauvet2 - Ardèche.
For nature lovers, the Bois de Païolive, the Gorges de Chassezac, La Beaume and the famous Gorges de l'Ardèche with its Pont d'Arc nature reserve.
For sports enthusiasts, canoeing, climbing, hiking and cycling...

Piscine info: dim 6x12 m - depth 1.25 - paddling pool 2x2 depth 0.55 - open from May to September (unheated) - fenced and gated.
