A large stone family home with a safety-enclosed Piscine, a spacious, fenced-in garden of 3,000 m², and recreational facilities, ideally located in the heart of a village in southern Ardèche.

Located in the southern Ardèche, near Vallon-Pont-d’Arc and Les Vans, you’ll enjoy a pleasant vacation with family or friends at Le Mas des Roches.

In the heart of the village, you’ll be charmed by the outdoor areas of this detached house.
You’ll have access to a large, fully enclosed garden of about 3,000 m² where you can relax in peace under the shade of a tree or play a game of ping-pong or badminton.
The large, secure (unheated) Piscine is perfect for cooling off or reading by the water.
It features a fully equipped outdoor kitchen for enjoyable meals al fresco. You’ll also find a terrace on each side of the house, perfect for breakfast, other meals, and barbecues.
A ping-pong table is available, along with a badminton set, including rackets and shuttlecocks.

This two-story stone house features, on the first floor, a dining room, a living room with a fireplace (firewood provided), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. There are two bedrooms with 160-cm beds (which can be converted into two 80-cm beds upon request) and one bedroom with a 140-cm bed.
On the second floor, you can relax in the living room with a sofa and TV, or read or play in the second small living room. A second bathroom is available, featuring a shower and toilet. The fourth bedroom has a 140-bed, and the last one is ideal for kids, with four 90-beds, two of which are bunk beds.

For your comfort, the beds are made on arrival and bath towels are provided—everything you need for a wonderful stay!
We provide dish towels, hand towels, and bath mats in addition to bed linens and bath towels.

This family home is perfect for exploring the cultural wonders and charming villages in the surrounding area.
You’ll enjoy a small path that leads to numerous walks or simply takes you to the village center (about 200m away), where you’ll find all the local shops and discover great local producers at the Market.
