Le Mas des Roches

Situated in the southern Ardèche region, close to Vallon Pont d'Arc and Les Vans, Le Mas des Roches is the ideal family home from which to discover the cultural wonders of the surrounding villages. A small footpath will take you on many walks, or you can simply walk to the center of the village (approx. 200m), where you'll find all the local shops and discover local producers at the Market.

Situated in the heart of the village, you'll find a large, fully enclosed garden of around 3000m² where you can relax in the shade of a tree or play a game of ping-pong or badminton. The large, secure (unheated) swimming pool, with its summer kitchen and outdoor dining area, is perfect for a refreshing dip or reading by the water's edge. There's also a terrace on either side of the house, for breakfasts and other meals, barbecues, etc. This stone house, on 2 levels, comprises on the 1st floor, a dining room, living room with fireplace (wood supplied), a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. You'll find 2 bedrooms with 160cm beds (convertible into 2 80cm beds on request) and one bedroom with a 140cm bed. On the 2nd floor, you can enjoy the living room with sofa and TV, and read or play in the second small sitting room. A 2nd bathroom is available with shower and WC. The 4th bedroom has a double bed (140cm) and the last bedroom is ideal for Kids, with 4 single beds (90cm), 2 of which are bunk beds. For your convenience, beds are made on arrival and towels are provided, so you'll have a great stay! Ping-pong table and a badminton set are also available, complete with rackets and balls.
