And don't forget the Ardèche Gorges, the Pont d'Arc and the Grotte Chauvet-2-Ardèche, all around 1 hour away.
For the more active, Hiking, canoeing, via ferrata (Bois de Païolive, gorges du Chassezac...).

. 1st level: bright, air-conditioned living room with fireplace and insert, small sitting area with sofa, flat-screen TV, table soccer area, fully-equipped fitted kitchen opening onto the terrace (panoramic view of the countryside).
. 1/2 landing: shower room with Italian shower, sauna, whirlpool bath, separate toilet, patio (34 m2) for reading or relaxing
. 2nd level 4 bedrooms: 1 master suite (180 cm bed) with air-conditioning, TV, private bathroom and wc, 1 bedroom (140 cm bed) with TV, private bathroom and wc, 1 bedroom (140 cm bed) with TV, 1 bedroom (140 cm bed).
