Just 5 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc, the gîte 'Le Manoir d'Adrien' welcomes you for an unforgettable active vacation.
It's at the entrance to the magnificent Gorges de l'Ardèche and the famous Pont d'Arc. All shops and entertainment are nearby.
This 160 m² detached house, set in a 2000 m² wooded and fenced property with a terrace, is ideal for vacations with friends or family.
Bonus: games room (table tennis, table soccer) + fitness equipment (elliptical bike, rowing machine).
It is on 3 levels and can accommodate 8 people. On the ground floor, you'll find the kitchen, living room, bedroom with double bed (140cm), bathroom with bathtub and WC. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with 2 single beds and a private shower room with toilet. On the ground floor, there's a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a pull-out bed, and a private shower room with WC.
All baby equipment is available. Aerothermal heating + reversible air conditioning in all rooms, including bedrooms.
This is a great address for venturing into outdoor sports: hiking on the footpaths, canoeing the rapids of the Ardèche, paragliding or microlighting, exploring the underground world with caving... Visit the caves of Aven d'Orgnac, Marzal and La Madeleine, and marvel at the treasures of Grotte Chauvet 2 - Ardèche. Take the time to visit the beautiful villages (Labeaume, Balazuc, Vogüe, St Montan... ). Close to the gîte, you'll find canoe hire, restaurants, mini-golf and campsites where you can enjoy access to all the little services on offer.
It's sure to be an exciting stay, rich in discoveries!

5/5Le gîte est très bien situé au bord de l'Ardèche et permet la visite facile des villages et sites naturels situé aux alentours.
Le gîte est très bien équipé, très propre et la salle de jeux est un plus certain pour les enfants.
Son grand jardin avec terrasses permet de manger dehors midi et soir en toute tranquillité.

4/5Séjour agréable, environnement calme au vu de la saison. Nous avons bien apprécié le panier de bienvenue avec des produits locaux !
Maison confortable et bien équipée.
Tout le matériel nécessaire est disponible (torchons, produits lave-vaisselle et nettoyage).
Literie confortable. Il manquerait juste une table de nuit dans la chambre au niveau principal et un meilleur éclairage pour lire dans la chambre du haut... dont l'accès est assez difficile (escalier pas japonais).- Cleanliness 5/5

Séjour cosy et agréable malgré la pluie
5/5Très bon accueil des propriétaires avec d'adorables attentions délicieuses.
Gîte chaleureux, avec une bonne literie et une cuisine bien équipée.
Situation géographique idéale pour visiter la grotte Chauvet 2 et aller au Pont d'Arc.
Salle de jeux grandement appréciée et bien utilisée par mauvais temps.
