This 160 m² detached house, set in a 2000 m² wooded and fenced property with a terrace, is ideal for vacations with friends or family.

It is on 3 levels and can accommodate 8 people. On the ground floor, you'll find the kitchen, living room, bedroom with double bed (140cm), bathroom with bathtub and WC. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with 2 single beds and a private shower room with toilet. All baby equipment is available. Aerothermal heating + reversible air conditioning in all rooms, including bedrooms.

It's a great address for venturing into outdoor sports: hiking on the Hiking trails, canoeing the rapids of the Ardèche, paragliding or microlighting, exploring the underground world with caving... Visit the caves of Aven d'Orgnac, Marzal and La Madeleine, and marvel at the treasures of Grotte Chauvet 2 - Ardèche.
