With its breathtaking view of the Ardèche river, Domaine de la Rochère is the perfect place to spend a vacation, a break with family or friends. Located high above the village of Sampzon, just a few minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc, you'll discover the wonders of the southern Ardèche. From the terrace, you can see the beautiful reconstruction of Grotte Chauvet 2 - Ardèche, a site well worth visiting, as well as many other caves. You also have access to the river and the Beach, where you can cool off or go canoeing. In the village, you'll find a Restaurant and Small grocery store, while Ruoms and Vallon Pont d'arc offer a wide range of services and shops.
This stone house can accommodate up to 14 people on several levels. The charm of the old blends perfectly with modern comforts. The Holiday cottage is set around a large garden planted with olive trees, beautiful Ardèche faïsses, and numerous shady areas laid out by the owners for leisure (ping-pong table) or relaxation. You'll love the Piscine, with its magnificent, unobstructed view. The covered terrace is ideal for meals and barbecues. Inside, on the garden level, you'll find a fully-equipped fitted kitchen and a large living room with fireplace. A 1st bedroom is located on this level, with a 160cm bed, as well as a bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs, you'll find 3 bedrooms with 160cm beds and a 140cm bed, and 2 bedrooms with 2 90cm beds (trundle beds). Each room offers a different view, with a beautiful panorama. There are 2 small bathrooms on this level, with shower and WC. For your comfort, the living room and 7 bedrooms are equipped with reversible air conditioning. Fiber optic internet connection, perfect for Telework. Bed linen and towels available on request.
