Just a few minutes from the famous Pont d'Arc and the beautiful Ardèche Gorges, come spend a vacation at the “7 de Cœur” holiday cottage with family or friends, and discover the wonders of the Southern Ardèche.

Adjacent to the owner’s home, the holiday cottage is entirely on one level. You’ll have access to private parking and a private, enclosed outdoor area with a garden and a relaxing spot for reading. The terrace is perfect for breakfast and meals, and features an electric barbecue in the shade of a canopy.

Inside, you’ll enjoy a comfortable and bright living area featuring a living and dining space facing the terrace, a lounge with a sofa bed (for 2 people), and an open, fully equipped kitchen. For your comfort, this room is equipped with reversible air conditioning.
For sleeping arrangements, there are two bedrooms, each equipped with one 140-size bed and two 90-size beds, as well as a fan if needed. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, and the separate toilet, complete with a sink, is located in a separate room.

At Le 7 de Cœur, to ensure a relaxing stay, the beds are made on arrival, and Housekeeping is included. A washing machine is available in the owners’ laundry room. For your little ones, all necessary baby supplies are provided in the holiday cottage.

Ideally located in a quiet, residential neighborhood on the Plaine des Mazes, you’ll enjoy access to the river just 1.5 km away—perfect for a refreshing swim and some relaxation by the water.
To help you make the most of the nearby bike paths, the owners have installed bike racks for your convenience.
Many nearby shops and services are accessible via a greenway by bike or on foot.
Enjoy sampling delicious local products at the weekly markets and take part in numerous activities, such as the legendary canoe trip or the many hiking trails.
